今天仍是充實的一天,05:00起跑,18:10跑完,共13小時多.
天亮後還會一路觀賞景色,可是到了後面超級爬升處,已經是頭低低,喘噓噓
有時也只能當起快走的步兵,
由山下到至高點向陽派出所折返,長距上/下坡,其實也不難適應,
