有的跑友甚至多了1K,難怪最後1K怎麼都跑不完
賽前兩天得了流感,全身發燙、四肢酸痛
看醫生吃過藥跟克流感後逐漸好轉
直到今天早上覺得好了七、八成,才決定不棄賽
也答應家人不要太勉強
前10K感覺還不錯,之後就開始沒力、體力還沒恢復的樣子
所以遇到上坡就散步
一直到折返點後覺得有機會sub5,力氣突然湧現
