記取之前比賽每次補水完就抽筋ㄉ教訓
這次前21k決定不補水
21k後補充能量包後喝幾口水
25k果然開始小抽ㄌ..忍痛撐到30k
抽筋狀況只有越來越嚴重
35k甚至抽到連走都走不動
休息一下只能慢慢走
明明腿不會很酸..也不會很累
只恨自己抽筋無法順利ㄉ跑
直到看到40kㄉ牌子..抽筋ㄉ腿似乎不痛ㄌ
開始加速狂奔..沒達成sub5還是ㄧ點遺憾
如果不抽筋..如果抽筋時多堅持跑幾步
