賽前宣言: 拚了
賽後評分: 各項都在水準之上,賽道尤其美麗順暢。雖然寒流未走起跑只有10度,但太陽出來後就不會冷了。前面配速非常順利,直到將近30K開始遇到撞牆期,然後一直在和即將抽筋的大腿對抗...停好不少次只為了噴肌樂和拉筋,步幅和步頻也瘋狂下降。沒關係還是破PB將近12分,好感動!
