| 小腿束套+Skechers跑鞋+陰有小雨的天氣=終於破四也破了個人PB。月初的萬金石馬因大小腿抽筋和配速補給問題,導致破四失敗飲恨,所以利用四周的時間調整配速,與腿部肌力鍛鍊。加上小腿束套的加持,終於在今天見到成效,30K之後一直沒有抽筋,讓我能專心調整呼吸與配速達成目標。
