| 第一次的全馬之前腳傷之苦還是求得完賽就好,今天跑起來前面還順的穩穩的跑跟立杰、俞任及大鈞也遇到很多LDS的團員真好認識好多人,到15K發現小腿會抽筋就開始求穩步兵了不要讓腳抽筋才是,邊走邊欣賞風景原來跑馬是件快樂的事,沿路都有加油團好棒莫過於一直擊掌鼓勵動力就來了。
到32K時發現有機會跑進5HRS內就開始衝了,邊跑邊快抽筋一直拉筋,到最後1K心跳太高170好喘放棄當一下步兵好回去。
