前天比賽跑的順暢,今天就沒有累積酸痛,不過速度還是很慢,主要是因為下班肚子餓先跑去春牛買豆漿和鍋貼,剛吃飽就起跑,只能輕輕跑。還好身體震動不大,肚子沒有痛,也算是練習補給後繼續跑的一種方式吧。
正好遇到建智哥,他總是很好聊,就結伴跑了好幾圈。他說有看到都蘭馬發生的不幸,想想真是很遺憾,希望要多注意身體狀況阿。
後段速度有漸漸拉快,主要肚子也沒那麼脹了。有趣的是今天不太覺得口渴需要補給,不知是因為跑的慢,還是起跑前吃太飽的關係?
