| 冷冷的天氣,很適合飆速,16~42k全在河濱公園跑。
提前一分鐘起跑的我果然是墊後😜,才跑600m,就被2個黑人追上了!😱,1k後一堆跑者湧入,第2k開始就被帶著跑。就這樣開始超速的奇幻旅程----飆出去的時侯都不累,慢下來和上橋的時侯好累。
整晚喉嚨痛到睡不好,翻來復去,一早還流鼻血,真是擔心。前5k 冷冷的還邊跑邊擤鼻涕,還好有帶衛生紙!😱
賽前宣言: 加油!! 賽後評分: 只有第一個水站的水線夠長,之後的不太夠。河濱折返後的賽道變得相當擁擠。
