第53馬
今天是開學馬,意味著接下來幾個月都會安排賽事,也因為是開學馬,心態上是比較放鬆沒有壓力的,今天的氣溫比去年同期還高上4度,一開跑沒多久就滿身大汗了,嘉原與我一起跑了10K之後就請我先行離去,結束了聊天之旅後開始獨跑,但是一路上都是上下坡的,長上坡長下坡都不好跑,對大腿來說傷害其實很大,再次跑回蘭潭時只剩下7K左右吧,剩下約2K時大腿超級有感,趕緊放慢腳步,步行一段路再跑,因為我想用跑的進終點,終於小破場地PB2分多,不過今天超級熱的,跑到操灰搭了啦😅😅😅
