只跟著全馬330列車,
這場補給不錯,
有吃了2包果凍,1罐雞精,
自己帶了600cc的水瓶,
澆、喝二相宜,
半馬後,覺得狀況不錯,
就大膽的超越3❞30的人群,
有保留點力到後面,
只有最後1K進場時,
衝到04❞10/K有小抽筋,
終於跑進全馬4小時了,
