| 訓練量不足阿阿阿阿阿~賽前訓練量不到30K~果然跑得很吃力,28公里前都能在五分速,之後就開始從11.5 11 10..最後大概6分半速XD,不過最後3k硬是加速進終點,成功進入SUB3。
