台北市Stephen C. LIN 雨天其實是很適合跑馬的,尤其是在風光明媚的宜蘭冬山河和秋天這樣的季節。今天的狀況算是不錯的,雖然早上沒有滷肉飯加持,起跑後第一個折返點(5km)開始數著前面有幾位跑友,勉勵自己不要被太多跑友超越,一路上按照自己感覺最好的節奏,同時也不忘欣賞沿途的美麗景緻,前40km跑起來可以算是愉快,但是之後的5km似乎有些撞牆的感覺,速度顯得有些慢了下來,雖然盡量維持住速度,途中還是被幾位跑有超過,直到看到最後5km的標示牌,這時才又趕緊提起精神利用最後的一點意志力和體力,稍稍衝刺一下,終點前再超越幾位跑友,”神情愉快”地抵達終點。
主辦單位很貼心,在終點線拉起布條,衝過終點線時彷彿自己是冠軍,感覺超棒的,而出乎意料的成績,讓自己在開始展開跑馬這三年來,首次站上凸台領獎,超開心的,這應該是生涯中超馬的代表作了,以後想再超越自我,算是小有難度,不過,還是要給自己一點期許與激勵,繼續為我的跑馬人生寫下新的一頁!
