連日飆速半馬,陰天跑半馬,不需任何理由,動就對了!
起跑還累累的感覺,越跑越順,接著5k,下著小雨,心裡就想放棄回家好了!但心裡想,之前都下雨跑了!而且下雨跑步最舒服了!所以就一路跑下去😁
到了7k,身體已習慣了疲憊酸痛了!心裡就想跑竹東一大圈好了!跑回竹東河濱公園時已到18k了!接著心裡浮現轟哥的名言,所以就又跑完21k收工,哥已累了😵😅
