唉呀!!賽前好像也沒給自己什麼目標~能跑多少算多少吧...!!
前兩K非常偷懶~與Pan大哥一起塞塞塞~到了上坡,就毫不客氣的鑽鑽鑽~不過也害到自己,馬上就沒什麼力氣~好像到10多K開始一直到最後都跑的很辛苦...靠意志力了!!
沒想到最後2K還滿順的...尤其是40~41,竟然跑出全部最快的1K...也超越了很多本來一直在前後換來換去的跑友們
賽後領獎時,聽到分一的時間是3:28:XX,原來我們這麼近...感覺有機會的說...下次賽前高梁還是不要喝太多好了~早上走動時,還有想吐的感覺...
跑全馬的中途,怎麼感覺比跑超馬難受許多...
