| 前半馬天氣尚可,跑得還算穩沒有爆衝,15k左右吃了第一包能量膠,17k後就開始肚子痛,20左右去廁所沒結果,繼續跑繼續痛,半馬後開始耐熱散步,之後解結肚子問題右膝蓋也開始抗議不舒服,只好跑走跑走追上阿妮,她胃不舒服我們就一起跑走,在最後5k左右遇到安妮,她也是帶傷上場,我們三人就慢慢散步回會場
萬金石一點都不好跑,太陽又熱情補給普通到爆,玩過一次就好,謝謝貼心的老爺一早載我去會場 賽前宣言: 又是新體驗,風別太大更不要下雨! 賽後評分: 賽道交管滿分,但補給及賽後更衣不優
只能換衣服然後臭臭的回家
