設定跑上坡練習肌力
今天自主全馬
感覺跑平路速度順多了
也很輕鬆
但是到30K右膝外側又痛了
上週六和智謀兄玩水30K在第20K就痛
也是忍痛把10K跑完
這次在30K時痛
又是忍痛把12K跑完
所以速度往下掉不少
一度用走的....真慘
但是跑完後沖完澡又沒事...
這到底是怎麼回事???
3/17南橫百K馬如果也這樣...可能就GG了
