2017台北馬拉松,一年來的訓練就是為了這場,破三成功,不過還是要強化肌耐力才行,這次跑完34K就爆了,還好前面累績的時間夠讓我破三,大開心
賽前宣言: 路跑訓練滿一年的測試,希望能達成自己的目標
賽後評分: 這次路線規劃的很好,有將全馬和半馬分開,讓全馬跑者能專心挑戰紀錄,只是還會有小部分的跑者亂跑,當然也有不少半馬跑者會幫忙喊借過(真的是萬分感謝),希望那些小部分的跑者能尊重一下全馬挑戰紀錄的那份努力及心情
