台北市黃傑夫 知道是山路馬,爬上望高寮下藍色公路又上來,所以Jeff 前20K當半馬跑(是說爬坡真的是罩門,應該是太重太耗能了🙄🙄🙄),真的沒錯上坡馬上啟動步兵模式😂😂😂,回程跑到36K左右,看了一下時間!嗯~保4有望!慢慢地凸回終點(應該說策略成功嗎?唉!山路還是要練😓)
