今天天氣適宜,跑起來還蠻舒服的!
前60K依照原本自己的配速,
但經驗不足,太貪心了,配速快了一點,
導致60K後體力下降太快,
練習不足也是原因之ㄧ!
補給的食物也是個學問,
功課沒做足也是原因,
成績沒達到自己所設的高、中、低標,
但對初100K的成績應該算不錯了!
因為後40K跑加走,感覺不太累,
賽後腳的狀況還不錯,
沒有像其他朋友及跑友一樣“鐵”很大!
還可開車在朋友回家,走路正常!
此場比賽最大收穫就是經驗囉!
手錶真的是有問題了,
已經忘記是從40K還是60K開始,
就多了500m左右,
跑完後居然多了800m左右,
上傳後,竟然多了1K多!!
太扯了!
