| 因訂不到太平山莊,又不想住山下,所以傻傻選擇凌晨2點半坐接駁車,結論是以後不再幹這種傻事,累死了
起跑還好,但竟然跑到10K就累了,睡眠不足明顯影響了體能狀況,跑到16K更是二話不說直接當步兵,從此只要上坡就只有走路的份,完全跑不起來,跑到30K後更慘,連平地無坡也跑的氣喘吁吁,只好啟動跑8走2策略一路到終點,成績還行,但怎麼比風櫃馬還累......
今天和紀大二人從台北來,碰到吼吼吼兄,還有公司一票同事,半路又碰到去年跑半馬今年跑全馬遠從高雄來的MM
太平山跑起來很舒服,空氣清新,風景優美,交管嚴格,整個賽道不用和汽機車爭道,而且補給算優的,只是也不要太小看那不算高的坡,沒跑過的可以考慮~ 賽前宣言: 就享受比賽唄~ 賽後評分: 交管得宜賽道不用擔心人車爭道,工作人員熱情積極,補給佳,完賽動線順暢,缺點是跑完要到太平山莊餐廳用餐,那個樓梯呀! 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~137 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 137~154 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 154~160 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 160~169 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 169~174 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為174 點此去設定最大心率 |
