下星期日就是run to love的馬拉松日了,今天還是累得爬不起來,鬧鐘響後又多睡了30分鐘。
跟昨晚跑步一樣腳還是有點痠,只是過了5k後感覺就好一點了,一路上跑至15k補充了一罐寳礦力,後段的路程必須一路到底了,也必須加快腳步,但是真的很累。不知下星期會不會出槌
