7K左右肚子疼痛,解放後心急追趕落後的時間,整個節奏亂掉,後續補給站不敢喝運動飲料怕肚子再度出現問題,只喝水為一大失誤,後段抽筋抽很大,最後幾乎是用走的進終點站。可惜了這麼好的氣溫,這次沒跑好,下次再努力。
