今天真是滿腔(腹腔)熱血上戰場啊!
昨晚又拉肚子,拉空空肚子餓睡不著,二點起來煮蛋吃。
二點起床吃早餐,又拉拉,所以肚子還是空空。
雖然5:30起跑,但還是好熱、肚子又餓、還要憋尿,哎!
補給沒有蕃茄,只有香蕉&巧克力(太熱吃不下),所以一直喝水,跑到後面又想尿、腹部又痛... 後面走走停停,但還是把它跑完了。^^
