大家今日都去跑雙膝櫻花馬,自己下週日也有一場全馬,但今日天氣超熱的,不知下週是不是這樣的天氣。為了讓自己增加耐熱訓,選擇了八點到三民公園開始起跑。早上在家並沒有什麼頭緒要跑那裡,只想到自己今日要練長距離的lsd,話說是lsd ,就不拼速,來個慢慢跑好了。
今日路線是依去年12月世外桃園的路線。路線:三民公園-忠烈祠-環保公園-樹人路-警大-大坑路-員林坑路-威天宮-風尾街-楓樹坑-三聖宮-虎頭山公園-三民公園。
因為楓樹林坑只繞了一圈,所以回程在三聖宮及公園繞了一下,湊足40k。今日花了5小時多,含中間休息了二次補水,整個就是混很大的感覺。自己當初世外桃園還跑四小時半,今日的補給就只有鹽糖、水,其他都沒~哈哈。
今日也算完成一場耐熱訓,希望下週的蘆竹馬不要那麼熱,可是好像越來越熱了,真是糟,327、417、501都有報全馬,應該到時候會熱翻天~
