陰濕冷天氣又休兵了好多天,今天加班所以來不及去蘆慢晚班團練,但蠢蠢欲動的雙腳還是忍不住趁著雨勢不大,去家對面的公園吃了21個甜甜圈!
天冷暖身很不容易,一開頭前5K的小腿肌肉又緊又痠痛,直到7K以後漸漸熱開來才越跑越順,讓原本已打算收工的我又乾脆湊好湊滿10K才趕快冒著逐漸加大的雨勢跑回家囉~
