| 今天來跑雙北城市馬拉松,雖類似元旦馬路線,但號稱經過AIMS丈量(原來只有全馬,半馬沒有不到20K),而且封一堆路,真的不容易(全馬人數不到千人,希望不會只有一屆)
開跑後上新生高架後感覺肚子隱隱作痛,撐到大佳廁所蹲了6-7分鐘後就知道破PB無望了,接下來順順跑完賽 賽後評分: 全馬新路線(不過河濱大多與元旦馬重複),聽說半馬不足20公里,補站有舒跑及能量果凍,但沒香蕉,全馬人數不到千人,跑過一次當紀念就好 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 130~158 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 158~178 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 178~184 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 184~195 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 195~200 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為200 點此去設定最大心率 |
