背部極度疲憊😫
起跑一段時間,覺得可以就衝了出去,結果再遇上坡就虛累累,前10k汗流浹背,尤其背部酸痛,一圈完成後,到第二圈就撐著跑,前面跑太快,後面的不想放棄,於是跑到爆心率,結束後居然連襪子都濕了。
