今天課表就是排跑步10k,誰曉的會下這麼大的雨,操場上一個人也沒有,戴上帽子出發了,雖然下雨至少比大太陽好多了,跑起來很輕快!只是來竹南的路上喝了一罐每朝,一直想拉肚子。
剛看了一下GPS軌跡偏移了很多,但我都順順的在內側第二跑道上跑怎會偏呢,應該是下大雨的關係!
