好久沒繞操場,居然會有點想念,那今天就來單純繞圈圈吧。一到現場看到陳港在外圈飛奔,好嚮往這種速度,可是怕我衝不久就會沒力,還是先慢跑熱身。過了四圈後被追上,忍不住跟一下體驗噗通的心跳,沒想到~跟了兩圈他就停了。好吧我還是回到第五道慢慢繞。
今天雲多不算熱,可是悶悶的。穿著石尚玩家的制服,漸漸上衣濕透、褲子也變色,大概到20圈連鞋子也濕了。24圈後喝第一次水,之後就弱掉了,明明還是很出力在跑,就是跑不快。把剩下的里程分為12圈、10圈兩段,每段都像在倒數,就沒覺得那麼漫長。
最後湊到46圈收工,加上偶爾繞外道的里程應該有20K,最近雜事多,明天也不一定能跑,但還是以週跑量100為目標。
