| 當初是報45K組,預計九小時玩賽看風景的,結果被學長推坑,就莫名奇妙的改成100K了。
對一個只跑過11馬,最遠只跑到50K且全馬沒有sub4的人來說,真的是很硬!
超馬考驗的是意志力,我相信自己的意志力夠堅定,但就怕訓練不足的身體會受不了,受傷後不得不棄賽。
開賽前,遇到許多跑友,最讓我意外的是~W帥,他居然來跑78K!還完賽了^o^ 真是跌破眼鏡,喔~不!是真替他高興!^_^
清晨5點,一群瘋子摸黑起跑,邊跑邊聊邊看風景邊拍照……就這樣完成了第一節:前25K的賽事。
上半場的第二節:連續爬升的25K
早早就啓動走跑戰術,太抖的坡就用走的,看似平路的緩坡就小跑一下,跑的時候~不斷的設定小目標:跑到轉彎就好,等到了彎道再告訴自己~跑到那棵樹就好…… 就這樣把自己騙上了折返點。
在折返點休整完,已過了7.5小時,剩下6.5小時還有50K要跑,幾乎都下坡的路線,時間很夠,但就怕膝蓋受不了。
下半場第三節:舒爽的50~80K
回程才跑5K,就遇到108K折返的跑友志霄,他的護膝太緊,造成雙腳無力。一路陪他跑跑走走,歷經數番波折之後,在仲彥與世德的幫助下,志霄終於拿回他的跑鞋(拆掉護膝時,改用赤足跑),開啓我這場超馬最痛苦的第四節
下半場第四節:無止盡的跑跑跑……跑回終點
復活後的志霄,給我開4分速狂刷……當時他講的最讓人晴天霹靂的一句話是:通常我過了70K之後都會大爆發!!
試想~當你跑了80K/88K……正沒力的時候,突然間~有個跑者,振臂狂呼~加油!加油!加油!從你身邊飛奔而下~你的嘴巴能張多大?眼睛能有多凸? …… 在志霄復活後,為了咬緊他,這畫面我看到不少! 可惜好景不長,畢竟我們的段數差了太多,距離不斷在放大……中途又遇到另一個108K的跑友仁增哥,他腳不舒服用走的,我二話不說就放掉志霄哥,陪增哥慢慢走^^XD
結果志霄哥居然在前面等我,還停了快10分鐘,真是過意不去呀~
悠哉跑的仲彥此時又出現了,拿出肌樂幫增哥舒緩後,我只能交代仲彥幫忙看顧增哥,我就咬牙硬撐跟緊志霄哥去了~
跟志霄哥說了很多次~請他先跑,我不會被關門的……可惜他說什麼也不肯放棄我,第一次跟的那麼累@_@
後記~
1. 在進終點前,排隊等拍照時,增哥突然出現在我後方,嚇了我一跳,108K復活後都是開4分速在碾人的,真嚇人呀!
2. 悠哉跑者仲彥,真的是關門前回來,超精準的啦!
