非常出乎意料之外的完賽了,而且還比預期中的成績還好
還好上禮拜來試跑了一下
感謝Benson阻止了我上禮拜四天真的間歇跑
並傳授了賽前準備和賽中補給的技巧
賽前連休了兩天,只有陪老婆去健走
養到了73kg...加上13次的補給
只在最後8km開始疲憊,步頻拉不起來,但是沒有傷痛抽筋
痛痛快快的跑了一馬...
不過分組17名是4hr23min,看來很難進前20.....
(分組35%, 總排30%)
44km,算初超馬吧....

賽後評分: 給力的補給!!紀念品(褲子)實用!!賽後餐點也充實...
那個環保杯的idea很讚,不過材質不夠堅固,跑到後來手沒感覺,一用力就爛掉了....
有沒有可能下次辦北橫全程超馬?
