宜蘭李正大 宜蘭李正大 14年10月初右足拇指.不完全骨折痛點無礙時於11月8日後在完全沒練跑下去跑國道馬.想必過程絕對是一路抽筋到底~寒溪馬也是訓練不足下硬著頭皮撐完還好是自己不想跑得太痛苦秉持著上坡走.下坡跑抽筋情況不成發生.雙溪馬在自我感覺良好想像中開跑就衝出去後就發生漏氣.傷後每月練跑量不及250公里.爬坡後6公里內腓腸肌開始輕微抖動心裡就開始不安.趕緊降低速度陸續的被眾多跑友碾過~此
