自煮訓練...沿者熟路獨跑,進入萬年公園繞圈上“屏東之翼”各2次,再回到屏東公園甜甜圈繞4公里,環視甜甜圈共有4位馬尾正妹在跑步,覺得自己的速度應該跟得上,便從她們後面慢慢接近,刷卡,繞第2圈再刷,她們仍然慢慢跑,沒有加速的跡象,我的25公里跑完,她們依然堅持不懈的跑....不累不累的。
