肌力不足LSD訓練30K(雙腿硬化中~)
明知道Plank訓練很重要,大腿肌力訓練很重要,
但卻已經荒廢多時。今天LSD訓練終於嚐到苦果,
25K後感覺雙腿像上了鉛塊一樣重,我練跑以來從沒像這次有如此感覺想要當步兵,但為了我的原則還是忍了下來,只覺得真是對不起我的雙腿。對於只剩兩個禮拜的初馬,我只能大叫我的名字:Joe! Joe! Joe!
