臨時多出來的一場賽事,感謝前同事的轉讓,讓我多跑了這一場,要嘗試第一次連日馬了,速度不敢衝太快,最後面的下坡路段都用走的,試圖直接利用散步退乳酸,希望這策略正確,明日遠東馬可以無傷完賽,今天比賽完發生了個小插曲,因為車輛沒有安排好,回程沒有便車可以搭,自己搭捷運再轉火車回家,確實比開車累了許多,該早點去睡了,明日再戰。
