新北市何宗霖 上星期有跑二次10公里...想說還有維持一定的跑量,跑星光馬應該還好...沒想到已經放慢速度跑了...還是無法續跑21公里...跑了15公里後就跑跑停停...不過也可能剛開始有放慢速度...所以後面半馬...還是有維持每公里8公鐘的速度...暑假要來加油了...很希望自己能可以完跑...不要每次都走路... 賽後評分: 很不錯的賽事...規劃應該是讓全馬...半馬一起回來...不用讓半馬朋友等全馬等太久...社子島平台上的西瓜很好吃...不知不覺在那裡晃很久...如果有缺點就是社子花市那裡的水太少...補給太慢...所以從國道橋到社子島平台約6公里...沒有水可以喝...不過已經夜晚了...所以還可以忍受... 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~152 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 152~157 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 157~166 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 166~171 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為171 點此去設定最大心率 |
