有時常在想規律的生活真的很重要,雖然很無趣,但它卻能夠讓你心無旁騖,單純的過日子,天天大魚大肉是很難消化的,不如天天粗茶淡飯,再偶爾來個大餐令人驚喜。我就在想關於跑步,其實是蠻機械化的動作,嚴格來說是無趣的,但是因為不時地報名路跑賽以及加入了慢跑協會,因為有人的因素加入,對於跑步來說,不時地給予正增強,這對學習來說,真的很重要~
