第一次挑戰25K的LSD,腳力不足失敗,到後面幾乎是當步兵了,跑完後拉筋時還眼冒金星,手腳會麻,自己判斷是血糖過低,因為都只有喝水,只能趕快去小7補給,又休息了10分鐘才恢復正常,下次一定要帶個巧克力吃,嚇到我了....
