| 連續五年的古都馬,練習量不足加上氣候炎熱,30K後嚴重掉速,前21K都跟受傷的龜龜、英啓跑一起,龜龜半馬後就開走了,默默的英啓也落後惹,但36K我就被英啓追上,一直被鼓勵著,但他不應該被我拖累,一直叫他趕緊走,還好他沒陪我,卡到分組最後一個名次XD
日本治療回來後首次曬這麼久,回來感覺非常ok!但還是要盡量的避免長時間曬太陽就是了,為了連五拉五終於努力完成惹,雖然跑出這兩年最差成績,但總算吃了補給!!!烤魷魚+冰棒~
