這場原本預計跑破5就好
打算站站吃吃喝喝
開跑人太多就當作是暖跑
但到8K右腳足底筋膜炎發作
根本不敢開下去
好險這情況沒維持下去
但每站補給幾乎都很多人
吃喝都花個2分左右
盡量維持1小時10K
可還是爆了...兩次停下拉筋休息
最後5K硬撐回終點
