今天沒什麼特別狀況
膝蓋一樣是1.5K左右熱開
起跑時微雨,11K左右稍微變大,但不算冷,也沒補水
謝謝美西雨中吹風等我吃完課表,讓我換衣服
只是走回去的路上又身體還是濕了
反而晚上用餐時肚子痛
大概是下午柚子,香蕉燕麥餅配花雕牛肉麵太混搭...
跑者的訓練真的不只是課表與休息恢復
飲食也是一大課題...
