配速真的很不行...都要哭了...
前半馬配的太快些,而且前面要衝過人群還用了4出頭的速度...後來大約在430左右~而且感覺很不錯!!
不過到了24K補給站,離開後發現左腳腳踝有點不舒服...所以就不太敢跑~而且也有點風~
之後出自行車道到漁港後,完全不想回想...跑得一蹋糊塗~甚至差點放棄要下來用走的...
要學的真的還很多~
只能靠靜心湖了,來練習穩定的配速~
不然就是乖乖回去跑山路馬或超馬...
整整少了1K~唉呀!!
