第三天配速跑,交由雄大配速,其間光廷也來出操,速度慢不下來都要提醒太快了,8K多雄大休息我整個速度掉的好快,今天非要ㄜ樂一下大章魚,既又有速度圈數也不再是一圈就跳車,都有跟1、2K多的速度在練,再讓他瘦下去我看連雄大都會被逼死啊!
