爬坡真的差好多,還要多練習,可能要瘦到80kg以內才有一點點機會。
前面爬坡太想跟,心跳飆太高,後來完全貓力,遇到坡都用走的,後半段,腳底起水泡也沒很想跑了,跟著一位大哥邊跑邊走。
