Interval Run - Warm-up - Zone 1-3: 00:15:00 Zone 4-5 (04:36/km): 00:03:44 (800m) Zone 3 (09:20/km): 00:03:44 (400m) x2 Cool Down - Zone 2: 00:05:00 連續幾次interval失敗後,決定將速度由04:24/km降至04:36/km,跑8 sets. 今次也並不順利,到最後一set也要被迫減速左10多秒。辛苦但還是好勉強地完成了~~~~
