原本以為連馬會很慘,這種天氣,2日都去苗栗 結果昨天跑得很渙散,今天身體整個跑開,很舒適,跑力沒有感覺下降,只是順應賽事特色,歡樂的跑…,連馬,很可以。
賽前宣言: 連日馬,提升跑步能力策略應用大考驗。
賽後評分: 我喝了10幾種飲料( 水、運動飲料、愛玉、仙草、啤酒 、金桔檸檬、鳳梨汁、百香果汁、維大力、烏梅汁、梅子汁、黑糖檸檬汁…),本來還想等現煎牛排(沒等到),滷味太棒了。
坡度非常恐怖,陡上陡下,應該要冠名「越野」走了不少路。
鯉魚潭水庫和山區芬多精另人心曠神怡。
