感冒了好幾天,今日就來運動排毒兼去感冒的夢想~~
年前的工作都比較忙,也休息了5天沒跑步,今天的狀況一定很不好,前3k腳好痠好痠又有點痛(緊繃),前面8k都只能慢慢跑就好~~~
明天還要參加旗山花海馬拉松25k,今天就設定半馬就好,留點體力明日跑馬(吃喝阻)
