1.今天最重要的就是不管配速,專注下腳的調整,吃完50K腳不可以有廢掉的感覺。
2.去程刻意慢一些,回程除了32-35K有撞牆感,後10K還撐得住
3.剃除趾點地,小腿今天跑完較沒灼熱感,反倒是大腿比較熱,左腳掌似乎有拍打造成的痛感,再修正。
4.回到蒸汽男孩的基本跑姿及小氣囊,大氣囊還要再等等。
