這禮拜日參加開廣飛跑50K,地點是台北市田徑場,第一次參加跑操場的比賽,先來體驗一下跑感。
穿的是舊薄底愛迪達跑鞋,比上次亞瑟士厚底練習鞋好跑多了,但重點是:波令和不停地彎道@@
是逆時鐘跑,我的左腳吃力不少,應該是要一直過彎的關係,上身的肌肉也是,因為重心要向內(左側)靠,反正就是不好跑啊!
