今天跑亞索800,好久沒有跑亞索800想說跑跑看好了,剛開始跑了4趟感覺還蠻累的,不過告訴自己不可以放棄,一定要跑到10趟.於是堅持下去終於把今天10趟完成,跑完覺得很舒服.今天穿新的美津濃新鞋試跑感覺還不錯.
